Wood Waste

CHEP, the world largest pallet manufacture owns approximately 300 million pallets, crates and containers through a network of more than 775 service centers, supporting more than 500,000 customer touch-points for global brands such as Procter & Gamble, Sysco, Kellogg’s and Nestlé. CHEP is part of the Brambles Group and operates in more than 55 countries with its largest operations in North America and Western Europe.

TRG consulted CHEP in a comprehensive waste audit to identify their total spend across their 140 manufacturing facilities in the U.S., and develop a zero waste to landfill program that reduced their annual costs by 20%. Prior to TRG’s engagement, CHEP did not have visibility into their enterprise network of data on total spend, volumes, landfill diversion, and cost per ton.
