TRG contracted with Atrium to provide waste management services to help their health system reduce cost, improve landfill diversion, and optimize their workflow processes to achieve zero waste. TRG conducted waste audits and consulted Atrium’s supply chain in the procurement process of waste & recycling services with their vendors. TRG helped identify 23% savings for Atrium Health Network.
